CEO, Crisis and Counseling Centers
Lynn F. Duby has a Masters in Social Work from the University of Michigan and has been working in human services administration and management for over 35 years. She has managed organizations in both the private and public sector, specializing in behavioral health. Mrs. Duby has served in state government on several occasions, including as both Director of the Maine Office of Substance Abuse and Commissioner of the Department of Behavioral and Developmental Services in the King administration. She has managed programs in the University setting and consults through Brown University in the areas of change management and addiction. Currently, Mrs. Duby is the CEO of the Crisis and Counseling Centers, a behavioral health services organization in Augusta, Maine.
