Marilyn R. Gugliucci, MA, PhD, AGHEF, GSAF, AGSF

Dr. Gugliucci is a nationally-known gerontologist with more than three decades experience in her field. She is Immediate past president, Association for Gerontology in Higher Education. She holds an undergraduate degree from Keene State College in New Hampshire, a graduate degree from Montclair State College in New Jersey and her doctorate in gerontology from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Dr. Gugliucci has held positions of increasing responsibility at the University of New England since joining UNE in 1989. In addition to her administrative responsibilities, she is an adjunct professor of gerontology, working closely with a wide range of healthcare professionals, from physicians and pharmacists, to nurses, occupational therapists, social workers and others.
