The HLD course promotes greater collaboration among health and healthcare leaders and their organizations. The course has embraced the American Hospital Association's "Collaboration Primer," which includes the graphic below that illustrates the various ways in which organizations work together. Over time, HLD aims to help move more organizations in Maine toward collaboration.
