Each year the Hanley Center selects about 30 emerging and evolving leaders from across the state for Maine's unique Health Leadership Development (HLD) course. Applications are accepted from March through April. Following an extensive review process, each year's HLD class is selected in June.
Are you eligible for the HLD course? We're looking for highly motivated individuals who:
- Have at least ten years professional experience
- Currently hold—or have held—leadership positions
- Are preparing to step up to greater leadership roles
- Can demonstrate a strong commitment to making a difference; and,
- Are deeply committed to Maine.
